About the Position  

Do you excel in providing a superior level of Customer Service? Do you enjoy solving technical issues for customers? Do you consider yourself a self-starter, comfortable taking initiative? We are looking to add to our current Customer Support Team! Every member of our team is fully committed to providing our customers with a superior level of service to which they have grown accustomed. 

Acting as the face of the company, day to day, you will be: 

  • Serve as the customer’s primary point of contact. 
  • Serve as the Tier 1 escalation point for customers with hardware/software issues. 
  • Provide solutions and troubleshooting that can include coming up with creative work-arounds for customer needs. 
  • Own customer issues from start to finish.  
  • Resolve customer complaints. 
  • Investigate program bugs/issues that will then need to be tracked and fixed.  
  • Gain expert domain knowledge of our product and applications and contribute to their on-going development and improvements.  

About You  

  • 1-2 years Customer Support or Service experience preferred. 
  • Keen problem solvers with a unique ability to think on your feet. 
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and keep calm under pressure.  
  • Cheerful and natural on the phone as well as emails, you let your personality shine through while keeping it professional.  
  • Patient and comfortable engaging with diverse clientele with varying levels of computer skills and technical knowledge.  
  • Able to actively listen to the needs of our clients and advocating on their behalf.  
  • EXCEPTIONAL communication skills both written and verbal.  
  • Excited by innovative and revolutionary technology.  
  • Bi-lingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply (Spanish and French).
