As an IT engineer, you will be working to implement and maintain Stash’s IT systems. We are looking for individuals that can collaborate and solve technology challenges across the organization. If you are passionate about technology and security, we want to hear from you. 

What you’ll do:

• Implement, develop and maintain Stash’s IT infrastructure and systems
• Perform configuration management for employee systems and IT infrastructure across Windows, Mac, Linux operating systems
• Implement, administer and maintain Stash’s SSO and remote access infrastructure
• Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance and availability
• Coordinate with security team members to address vulnerability and misconfiguration
• Coordinate with cloud infrastructure team members
• Automate common business processes where possible through scripting and code development
• Maintaining accurate vendor, application, software, and hardware inventories
• Handle IT ticketing requests and escalations
• Assist with cost, budgeting, and forecasting analysis
• Mentoring and advising junior team members on IT, engineering, and business skills

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Information Security or a related field
• 4+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects
• Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with teams across the entire organization
• Application development or scripting experience preferred
