The IT team's mission is to keep HUMAN and its systems operating efficiently and securely. We elevate the Human Experience (HX) to enable us to do the best work of our lives for a company who values Security, Privacy, and Humanity.

We're looking for an IT Human to join us and be the face of IT support.

Join us in helping keep our organization aligned with security standard methodologies and providing our humans with ongoing education and needed support.

What you’ll do:

  • Be the point of contact to provide support via our ticketing tool and chat help channel
  • Coordinate and advance issues to respective internal teams
  • Provision, manage, and solve all end users' hardware issues.
  • Maintain accurate asset management maintenance
  • Lead hardware and software lifecycle management (onboarding, offboarding)
  • Partner with the People Ops team to get our new HUMANS set up with their tech and facilitate HUMAN Security’s onboarding process presentation
  • Contribute in crafting and maintaining our IT documentation, including How to articles and updates
  • Promote best practices and ensure that our humans are able to do their best work using the right tools.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3 years of IT/Helpdesk experience (or equivalent experience)
  • Superb communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to prioritise and manage multiple requests at a given time
  • Experience managing SAAS applications. Specifically Google Workspace, Okta, Jira
  • Asset management experience (inventory management, JAMF)
  • Experience with ticketing systems, particularly Jira
  • AV experience
