We are a high energy, fast growing, and collaborative company seeking a highly motivated IT Manager to join our team. A strong background in modern workplace technologies - specifically SaaS - is a must, but we are looking for a well rounded individual who be a leader on the team and serve as a strategic business partner to all functions at BetterCloud. Our IT team supports our New York, Atlanta, and San Francisco offices. This role will be New York based.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT admin supporting G-Suite; Active Directory experience a plus
  • Experienced with supporting SaaS applications across multiple operating systems and a bring-your-own device environment
  • Must be proficient in computer hardware and software systems, network systems, and computer anti-virus & security programs
  • Demonstrate strong communication & documentation skills; ability to work across the business
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment; start-up experience is a plus
  • Willing to travel to our Atlanta office once a month and support internal and external events
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

Responsibilities

  • Manage our primary SaaS apps (G-Suite, Office 365, Slack, Zendesk, Atlassian, Salesforce, etc)
  • Manage all hardware, systems and software (Apple, Lenovo & Dell devices running MacOS, Windows and Ubuntu Linux; Cisco Meraki, JAMF Pro, Windows Intune & Cisco Umbrella)
  • Maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources
  • Provide required access to all SaaS apps based on team members’ access rights
  • Configure hardware (laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, network devices, etc.) to team members’ needs
  • Manage the VoIP system for the Company
  • Manage the budget for the IT team, including personnel and technology.
  • Manage and set up networking equipment for the company
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, networks and operating systems
  • Evaluate, Procure and Implement new technologies, including SaaS solutions
  • Lead the orientation for all new hires of existing technology
  • Provide “world class customer experience” to end users through individual training and support
