As the IT manager, you will partner with other technology leaders to grow IT systems, processes, and people. Based in San Francisco, our team is committed to creating a driven and diverse company with ambitious people from wide-ranging backgrounds.


The IT team is responsible for a wide-range of systems & tools, ranging from onboarding to VPN and license management across multiple offices in the US & Canada. We’re searching for someone with a passion for supporting the people on their team as well as developing the organization. The ideal candidate would be technical enough to deeply understand the systems they’re responsible for while taking on specific aspects of the Enterprise tech stack, comfortable dealing with lots of moving pieces, and possess a keen eye for detail. Most importantly, they should be enthusiastic about working with a variety of backgrounds, roles, and needs. 


Responsibilities:

  • Help scale assigned IT Functions
  • Ensure successful adoption of technologies at hand while also keeping an eye on improvement in both streamlining and security
  • Directly or indirectly owns portions of the Enterprise tech stack as needed with an emphasis on more than one of the following: Networking, ITSM, VPN, AV, SSO, MDM, CRM, ERP, and/or HRIS
  • Experience and comfortable supporting one or more for the following job families and its people: Network, Systems, Enterprise Applications, IT Support
  • Specific experience with most of the following: G Suite, Salesforce, Okta, Workday, NetSuite, Freshservice
  • Work with IT Leadership to manage a cohesive team 
  • Ability to fully manage vendor relationships, negotiations, and budgeting
  • Strong commitment and understanding and willingness to take a security/company reputation-first approach to IT
  • Lead development and execution of project plans, communications plans, controls, resources, budgets, etc., with a best practice mindset
  • Helps define and publish OKRs and KPIs on a regular basis, directly helping shape IT strategy (e.g., roadmaps, projects, pillars, etc.,)
  • Track and analyze key operational metrics, have a data-driven approach
