We are looking for an IT Manager to join our organization and help us create a world-class digital environment for all our employees worldwide. In this role, you will be responsible for all the hardware infrastructure at our New York offices, the hardware used by our staff of 400+ remote Noomers, and all the office software used through the entire organization.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years’ experience managing the IT infrastructure in a mid-sized company that employs a combination of on-site and remote personnel.
  • Excellent knowledge of Gsuite administration
  • Adept at remote troubleshooting, particularly using Google devices
  • Well versed in setting up and maintaining a fleet of macOS, iOS, and Android devices
  • Expertise setting up and maintaining A/V spaces (e.g.: Zoom Rooms, Google Meet) for both small, mid-sized, and large (50+) meeting spaces
  • Experience establishing relationships with third party software and hardware vendors
  • Proven ability to provide and catalogue hardware at scale, including establishing a fast repair program
  • Great communication skills, and capable to explain complex technical concepts to a lay audience
  • Team player: enjoys teaching new concepts to, and collaborating with, the team
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ownership: you will have come from an environment in which people are responsible for their own code
