Wix’s IT Engineering team. We’re responsible for defining Wix’s system architecture, and developing and innovating enterprise solutions to fit our needs. We design network and security standards, and maintain our global infrastructure. We’re also responsible for the design, development, and operation of security services and components across Wix.

As a reflection of our rapid growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join us as our IT Project Manager in the U.S. You’ll be based in New York, NY.

You are:

An IT Project Manager with 6+ years of experience in technology focused project management and operational methods implementation in growing multi-disciplinary IT organizations. You know how to partner with the business to understand the organization’s goals in order to determine project scope and deliverables. You have designed, planned and managed multiple significant technical projects, and you’re not afraid of the big challenges.

You’re passionate and motivated about what you do and you can work with the teams in multiple locations and collaborate with cross-functional teams globally. You have outstanding communication skills and an ability to articulate complex information in a simple way. You feel comfortable presenting new projects and providing project updates to the leadership team. You are forward-thinking, tech savvy, always eager to learn and fun to work with.

As the IT Project Manager you will:

• Lead large and meaningful infrastructure initiatives and projects and deal with multiple technologies and solutions cross-functionally
• Identify and effectively convey project goals, objectives, and expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely, clear, and compelling fashion
• Own and execute full scale projects from initiation, planning, development, testing to closing, while tracking progress
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans
• Organize and lead project status and working meetings
• Ensure all projects' milestones are completed on time, within scope and budget and identify potential risks
• Conduct post-project reviews to discuss and document successes and lessons-learned for future projects
• Assist in defining and documenting of project scope and S.M.A.R.T objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure open transparent communication amongst project teams, department and the business
