We are a remote-first, global team, but provide the option of working in-office in San Francisco, New York City, Indianapolis, Sioux Falls, Porto, and Singapore.

This role is crucial in bringing consistency to key audited IT & Security processes across Anchorage Digital, and will be a force multiplier for the entire team by reducing technology friction while promoting the overall security of the company.

You will:

• Serve as a primary point of contact for IT questions and requests.
• Own the SecOps process: onboarding, role change, offboarding. This will include developing automation for user provisioning.
• Build, launch, and maintain a global device/inventory management process.
• Operationalize access control policy.
• Generate IT & security reporting, as directed by policy, sharing the findings with senior staff.
• Manage the pipeline 3rd party security & technical due diligence forms.
• Partner with Security & People Teams to operationalize relevant training.
• Manage major IT projects, from budgeting to execution.
• Contribute to overarching IT policy and best practice guides for both compliance and the overall organization.
• Assist with Incident Response: investigation and resolution.
• Partner with Finance and Engineering to optimize software and equipment costs.

• You have deep familiarity with any of the following topics: Cloud logging and monitoring, Infrastructure-as-code, Network traffic analysis, Threat Hunting, Google Cloud Platform & Google Workspace, Third Party Security Due Diligence, or Data center operations
• You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)
