Meeting your future team:

The IT Enterprise Applications and System Integrations team partners with Collibra’s business stakeholders to evaluate business processes, understand business objectives and challenges, and identify areas for improvement.  This Solution Architect role is a new role at Collibra in our growing IT Enterprise Architecture and Integrations team.  This person will work with cross-functional teams to define, develop and implement solutions focused on Lead-to-Cash processes, integrations, data and workflows.  This role will report to the Sr. Manager of IT Architecture and Integrations.

The Solution Architect's at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Manage SaaS Lead-to-Cash architecture vision and integration plan to transform and scale the technologies and future state processes that enhance Collibra’s Lead-to-Cash ecosystem  around leads, quote and product configuration, pricing, order management, and billing.
  • Document and maintain the framework diagrams linking Collibra’s Lead-to-Cash application, data, and security architectures.
  • Create and drive  implementation plans, solution design and prototyping for Lead-to-Cash systems.. 
  • Work across a range of CPQ-related SaaS applications with a solid understanding of the foundational architecture and data models they support.
  • Design and optimize key processes through analysis of critical current state processes, capturing pain points/gaps, developing future state process flows. 
  • Partner with the IT PMO, Project Managers, Business Systems Analysts, and Software Engineers to design, test, and deliver new solutions  for Marketing, Sales and Revenue Teams, Legal, and Finance. 
  • Build and maintain a roadmap of Lead-to-Cash projects that integrates into the broader IT PMO Roadmap and aligns with Sales, Finance and other business  owners’ other corporate system initiatives.
  • Operationalize and optimize the integrity of workflows and data ensuring segregation of duties, internal controls, and accurate reporting in conjunction with Collibra’s Data Office and Collibra DG/data lake strategy.

You Have:

  • 7+ years of experience independently designing and implementing medium to large-scale business systems and components in the realm of Saas CRM, ERP and integrations.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and CPQ, Marketo, Docusign, Conga CLM, Netsuite, and other Saas enterprise applications.
  • Strong technical application design experience and solid business acumen around end-to-end business flows such as Lead-to-Oppty, Demand-to-Quote, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay.
  • Experience building and supporting  integration and automation platforms (Workato is preferred).

  • Able to work both independently and as a collaborative partner to define technology strategy and best practices with cross-functional leaders and teams. 
  • Curious and comfortable to continually challenge what exists and explore what should be changed to best meet evolving business needs.
  • Comfortable facilitating structured meetings, problem solving, presenting options, driving decisions, and promoting change. 

Reporting to Collibra’s Senior Manager, IT Architecture & Integrations Measures Success:

  • Within your first month, you will absorb fundamental knowledge about Collibra’s Lead- to-Cash processes/tools/roles, document the current state architecture, and start building IT and cross-departmental relationships. 
  • Within your third month, you’ll partner with Collibra’s business stakeholders and any 3rd-party consultants to define and design Salesforce-Netsuite Integrations. 
  • Within your sixth month, you will be recommending a strategy and design for the implementation of Role-Based Access Control within Salesforce and helping to define other critical IT Integration Roadmap projects with the IT PMO.
