As we grow globally, we’re looking to bring on another IT Support Engineer to support our New York office. To be successful as an IT Support Engineer, you should have an in-depth knowledge of various computer hardware and software technologies. You will have a high amiable personality, strong customer service mindset, and willingness to solve complex problems.
What you'll be doing
- Installing new software and hardware components
- Assisting with network admin tasks
- Resolving complex IT systems and software issues for our users
- Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage
- Implement security policies with Security Officer coordination
- Support SSO and user management solution based on Okta
- Manage corporate Microsoft Active Directory
- Manage software and hardware inventory
- Maintain IT related documentation
What we are looking for
- Microsoft windows, Active Directory, Mac Os, Networking
- Degree in Computer Science or related field is preferable
- Previous working experience in similar position 4+ years
What would set you apart
- Okta, SSO, SAML, Slack, MDM device management system, ITIL, Video conference(zoom or similar), Zapier, Integrations, API, SaaS, AWS, Linux, Javascript, MongoDB, Gitlab.
- Experience working in global organization
- Experience or interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, and/or financial technology
