Movable Ink is hiring an IT Support Specialist to support our global population of 250+ employees. As a fast paced, high growth SaaS company, this role is a hands-on opportunity to make real impact as we scale the IT Department. Key Responsibilities:

• Serving as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance, providing personable technical support for both hardware and software issues
• Execute employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
• Administer company-wide SaaS app user access
• Configure, deploy, and support all macOS and Windows hardware and software
• Troubleshoot and maintain multifunction printers
• Maintain AV setups in all conference Rooms, as well as the All Hands space
• Maintain inventory of current Movable Ink hardware and software assets
• Document all IT policies and processes in department repositories and ticketing systems
• Support and assist implementation of various IT related projects
• Work on additional tasks and assignments as needed

Skills and Abilities:

• At least 1 year of recent IT experience with demonstrated technical skills in: Mac and PC platforms, VoIP phone systems, network administration, and software maintenance
• Knowledge of best practices around data security
• Knowledge of macOS, G-Suite, Jamf, Zoom, VoIP phone systems, and basic scripting
• Motivated self-starter who has exceptional follow-through skills and a positive, friendly, patient approach
• Good people skills to build solid relationships with professionals on all levels
• Strong verbal and written communications skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities in an innovative and fast paced environment
