This role is an in office NYC based position.

We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator who is capable of providing excellent IT support for our employees as well as the technical environment. The candidate must be resourceful, technical and driven to improve IT processes. A high sense of autonomy and job ownership is also desired.

You will:

• Manage and deploy Macs and PCs
• SSO implementations
• SaaS administration (Permissions and provisioning for GSuite and similar)
• Automate account provisioning as well as existing policies and practices for scale
• Creation of zero-touch Mac and Windows deployment and build systems for scale
• Maintain and organize the physical IT inventory
• Creation of cross-platform directory services and schema
• 3rd party vendors management 
• Support IT procurement process 
• Support end users across multiple offices globally as required
• Evaluate and recommend useful technologies and workflows
• Basic network management (firewalls, switches, wireless)
• Maintain all Zoom VOIP, printers and peripherals
• Clearly document and communicate all methodologies
• Ensure the security of our corporate SaaS and internal assets
• Maintain internal tools and integrations

About you:

• 4+ years in an IT support, administrator or similar role
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Extensive experience with JAMF and Intune
• Excellent knowledge of OKTA, SSO integrations and configuring SaaS applications
• Excellent remote troubleshooting manner
• Ability to effectively balance user support with long-term projects
• Competent hardware diagnosis, upgrade, and repair abilities
• Jamf/Microsoft/Apple certifications a plus
• Experience with the network administration (AP’s, Switches)  a plus
• Experience with scripting and automation tools a plus
