Socure’s ID+ provides a real-time predictive analytics platform that combines the newest forms of machine learning and artificial intelligence with digital, offline and social identity data to deliver the most accurate and robust KYC, identity verification and fraud risk prediction solution in the market.

Socure deploys its advanced identity verification robot across email, phone, online/social, address, IP, physical documents and traditional offline proprietary predictors to help clients better assess identity risk and substantially increase acceptance, reduce fraud losses, and optimize manual review/step-up authentication for transactions and applications in the digital world.

Seeking an IT admin who feels at home with supporting users facing various general 'computer problems,' debugging performance and access issues, as well as with bash scripts, setting up services at the command line, and helping foster a culture . An ideal candidate is a Mac geek, possesses exemplary written communication skills, participates in online support communities and/or has other experience with maintaining knowledge bases / wikis.

Responsibilities:

Provide on-site support to our local New York users, as well as remote support to our remote users. We are a company of ~50, and we build a culture of automation into our products and practices. We seek to bring in an intrepid IT systems administrator who can hit the ground running and contribute positively to our growth, helping keep order in our IT department as our company grows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Comp Sci/Engineering
• 3+ years of IT supporting Mac OSX (no Windows)
• Hands-on experience with linux and/or UNIX-based operating systems
• JAMF/Casper
• Experience with networking, ideally VLAN administration
