IT Systems Engineer
Joining Collibra's Corporate IT Infrastructure team:
This role will be a part of Corporate IT Infrastructure team reporting to the Sr Manager of IT Infrastructure and Support. This team is responsible for the technologies supporting Collibra’s day to day business needs surrounding Identity, MDM, Cloud Platform Support, Automations and Integrations and their development in order to allow the company to grow at scale. An effective team member helps streamline end-users day-to-day systems experience, enables customizations and automations allowing our supported processes to be consistent and helps onboard new technologies and platforms designed to bring further maturity to the Corporate IT Infrastructure environment. This role will be exposed to several different technologies as well as the ability to help lay the foundational policies and framework needed for Collibra to grow into the future.
IT Systems Engineers at Collibra are responsible for:
- Administration and Integrations of Applications and Users in Okta to ensure consistent user access, automation/provisioning. Collaborating with other teams for new application onboarding and support as well as Security
- Configuration and Architectural planning of MDM Policy and Deployments as it relates to Workspace1 including but not limited to: Application Deployments and Updates, New Feature Configuration, Policy Revisions
- Level 3 Support Escalations for the IT Support team and mentoring to ensure understanding of supported platforms
- Task Automation and scripting to increase IT Efficiency and consistency
- General Application and Platform Support ranging from Cloud to End-User/On-Premises
You Have:
- +3 Years with Scripting and Automation
- +3 Years experience with Device Management for Mac OSX/OS11, Windows10, iOS, Android
- +2 Years Cloud Platform Experience (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Background in Identity Management (SSO/SAML/SWA/IDP/IAM)
- English Fluency

- Able to learn new technologies in order to support growing CorporateIT tech landscape
- Familiar with best practices as they relate to task automation and Security
- Understands the user experience in order to provide a smooth experience and provide support
- Posses a strong ethic for documentation and knowledge sharing to ensure forward movement after project completion and ongoing support
- Identifies areas of improvement to the user experience or supporting processes within CorporateIT
Reporting to Collibra's Sr. Manager of IT Infrastructure and Support, IT Infrastructure Engineer's measures of success:
- Begin a cadence of onboarding new applications into the MDM solution along with their update and support framework
- Be assisting with new application integrations within Okta and supporting work related to the hardening of our Cloud Infrastructure
- Establishing documentation of processes both for internal team purposes as well as end-user documentation
