About the Role

We are looking for a business-minded and action-oriented IT Systems Manager to be a member of the HealthQuarters team.  This person will take full responsibility and ownership of the site level technology /  infrastructure. This means managing devices, Identity and Access Management, services like G Suite, Slack, Acuity and Zoom as well as our network infrastructure and audio visual setups in our locations.

As an IT Systems Manager, you will help ensure our SaaS, cloud systems and client devices are available, performant and secure. You will maintain and upgrade existing systems and implement new ones as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve core IT services such as G Suite, Slack, Zoom and VoIP services
  • Deploy and manage Acuity scheduling solution 
  • Deploy and manage our fleet of macOS, iOS, Windows and Chrome OS devices 
  • Deploy and manage POS solutions such as Square 
  • Ensure the Cisco Meraki networks in our offices are running optimally
  • Procure and negotiate hardware / software which is required for each location 
  • Assist with the IT buildout of new locations, including management of structured cabling vendors
  • Develop AV/IT/CCTV strategies for new locations
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement new technologies
  • Ensure HIPAA and SOC 2 security and compliance 
  • Create and maintain team and user facing policies and procedures
  • Develop IT support team 

Qualifications:

  • Managed networking, WiFi, and VoIP telephony for a large office. Cisco Meraki experience a plus
  • Managed G Suite and other common SaaS applications such as Slack or Zoom
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • 5+ years of experience in the field
  • You want to work in a fast, high growth startup environment
