Junior Facilities Coordinator

About the Role
We are looking to hire a Junior Facilities Coordinator who will support the Facilities team. You will report into our Vice President of Facilities/Administration. The Facilities team is responsible for bringing iCapital office spaces to life by overseeing, organizing, and coordinating daily operations, expansion, office administration, and procedures. The team also works closely with building management to ensure service quality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the physical office space, resources, and supplies.
- Stock office pantries
- Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Aid in office supplies ordering
- Assist with in office catering and events
- Maintain xerox machines
- Liaise with building management
- Preserve a safe and clean reception area and conference rooms
- Aid in reorganization of employee desks
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing all related special projects as requested.
- Maintain security by following procedures.
- Aid in scheduling candidate interviews and in person coordination
- Provide back up to the office receptionist when called upon (lunch, PTO, etc.)
Qualifications
- Commit to a 9am-6pm, in office schedule, Monday-Friday. At times you may need to stay late or come in early
- Present a professional appearance
- Personable and able to communicate across all levels of an organization
- High energy and passionate
- Have a “can do” attitude, are hands-on, and have a solid work ethic.
- Organized and detail-oriented, problem solver, with the ability to see the big picture
- Quick learner, high level of integrity, and self-confident
