CLEAR is looking for a service centric and impeccably organized Launch Coordinator to support our Operations teams in partner launches. This is a fast-paced, hands-on, and exciting role that requires a can-do person who can work with both autonomy and efficiency.

What You Will Do:

  • Assist Operations teams with partner launches
  • Liaise internally with various departments/teams and externally with clients as needed
  • Handle most administrative duties associated with partner launches
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating logistics associated with new launch locations, often occurring simultaneously in multiple cities
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to track the progress of launches on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with vendors to coordinate launch logistics and detail planning
  • Coordinate shipments, supplies, and receipts to new launch sites
  • Support calendaring and logistical lift for managers as needed

     

Who You Are:

  • 1+ years experience in coordination, administrative or operations preferred. Project management experience a plus
  • Impeccable and proven customer service skills
  • Ability to travel domestically as necessary
  • Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Resourceful, extremely organized, detail oriented, and a team player
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or G-Suite
  • Scrappy, unflappable, dynamic
  • Motivated, driven and a self-starter

We are located in the Chelsea neighborhood on Manhattan's west side. Chelsea is the primary art district within the borough.
