We're looking for a scrappy and entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Launch Manager based in New York City. As a Launch Manager, you'll be the face of Pared in the restaurant community that you are launching and responsible for orchestrating the market’s launch, working closely with all of Pared’s teams to meet the needs of your market quickly and efficiently. You'll need to be comfortable wearing many hats since you'll be learning the dynamics of the hospitality industry in new cities, recruiting Pared Pros, and figuring out growth strategies to help "make restaurant life easier" for everyone in the launch city.
Responsibilities:
Work cross-functionally across all parts of the operation: Sales, Product/Engineering, Product Operations, Customer Operations, and Growth Marketing to provide unified product experience across all touchpoints to drive rapid growth in emerging markets
Create market launch strategies for Customer and Supply operations and track milestones for hand-over to the Market Manager
Develop product requirements to support the specific needs of a new and expanding market
Synthesize feedback and learnings of launching a market into a framework to drive continuous process and product improvements for the next launch
Define and track Key Performance Indicators to monitor market growth
Break down multifaceted and complex issues into workable components
Be the face of Pared during the launch to the restaurant community where you are launching
Expected travel can be more than 50% depending on the stage of the market launch
Who you are:
Entrepreneurial, scrappy and has a growth mindset
Loves talking to restaurant professionals - restaurant owners, operators, chefs, cooks, and everyone who works in the industry; you will be the face of Pared in the launch city
Operations and/or Logistics experience required
Being flexible and adaptable with a get-things-done attitude
Two-sided marketplace experience is a plus
SQL knowledge is a plus
Experience working in the restaurant industry, or strong enthusiasm for restaurant operations is a plus!
