Case Management Lead - Life Insurance
Summary
We're looking for an experienced insurance case manager to lead our case management team. This player-coach role requires a hands on approach and ability to introduce and implement new processes and tools - in order to help the company meet its day to day goals as well as to scale its operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
Lead the case management team while making sure we meet the company’s goals - on both team and individual level
Provide daily coaching, supervision and balancing of workload among team members
Manage your own caseload, handle client escalations and vendor issues
Regularly report on team performance focusing on insights and initiatives to improve performance
Introduce and implement new and improved processes and tools
Collaborate and support sales, customer service and customer success efforts to ensure a superior and seamless customer experience
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree
At least 3 years of relevant work experience; previous management or player-coach experience required
Demonstrated subject matter expertise and workflow mastery in case management
Must feel comfortable working in a technological environment and be able to quickly learn and help implement new tools
Capacity to prioritize workload and work in fast-paced environment
High sense of urgency and problem-solving state of mind
Ability to communicate consistently, precisely and professionally in both verbal and written communication with internal and external customers
