About the Role

Common is growing rapidly and expanding into multiple new cities in 2019. We are looking for ambitious, self-motivated business people to be the next generation of employees turning housing into a consumer-focused industry. This is an entry-level position critical to our business in ensuring that we transact all leases with a high degree of compliance and fidelity. This role reports to the Senior Director of Sales.

 

Responsibilities 

  • Ensure all leases are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details.
  • Manage and track pending deals to ensure that nothing falls through.
  • Compile leases to a high degree of accuracy.
  • Process finance and background checks for prospective members.
  • Work with our development team to provide feedback on processes and dashboards to support leasing activity for homes.

 

Qualifications 

  • You have 1+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience (real estate preferred but not required)
  • You are a self-motivated, mature under pressure, and a stickler for details
  • You are comfortable working in environments where you will be able to take initiative and carve out a path to success for yourself
  • Your schedule is flexible and will be willing to work weekends and evenings if need be.
  • Real Estate license is required
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Coachability
  • Whatever it takes attitude
