Trialspark is a digital health company that accelerates the discovery of new treatments for patients by reimagining the clinical trial process. Today, clinical trials are incredibly inefficient. A single clinical trial can cost more than 100 million dollars and less than 10% of clinical trials are completed on time. Our mission is to bring treatments to patients faster by addressing these inefficiencies.

We do this by partnering with physicians to enable them to run clinical trials within their existing practices. Using Trialspark’s existing technology platform, equipment, and staffing - physicians can conduct clinical research and provide patients with access to potentially transformative therapies.

About the position

Trialspark is looking for a Logistics Associate to join our team. Our growing site network is vital to the mission of bringing treatments to patients faster and more efficiently and as a Logistics Associate, you’ll be responsible for driving the setup of our clinical trial sites. Your day-to-day activities will include interfacing with doctor’s offices to coordinate trial site orientations, arranging for the delivery and setup of trial equipment, and managing all required documentation and certifications. In addition to running the day-to-day, you’ll be asked to look for ways to improve our processes as the business scales.

• Are organized and detail oriented - you need to juggle many different tasks, ensuring they all get done in an accurate and timely manner.
