We are seeking a highly skilled Luxury Leisure Travel Advisor, to work on a team dedicated to an independent travel advisor group, here in our New York headquarters office. This person must be able to deliver exceptional, first class service to our clients.

This is an on-site role, and only applicants who live within a commutable distance to our New York City office will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of planning & designing of domestic & international luxury leisure travel requests including FIT, tours, cruises, air, etc.
• Handle all aspects of the booking process including documentation, quality control, deposits, final payments, reviewing itineraries, visas etc.
• Commitment to a high level of customer service for VIP clientele.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the travel industry.
• Effective & professional oral & written communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to manage stressful situations in a fast- paced environment.
• Proficiency on SABRE GDS preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Well-travelled & strong working knowledge of world geography.
