Joining Collibra's IT Enterprise Applications Team: 

The IT Enterprise Applications and System Integrations team partners with Collibra’s business stakeholders to drive the evaluations of business processes, gathers requirements, uncovers areas for improvement and works with cross-functional teams to define, develop and implement solutions around Salesforce and other Saas applications. This role will report into the Director of Enterprise Applications.

The Manager, Business Systems Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Managing and coaching a team of Analysts supporting day to day business operations.  
  • Managing daily work of System Analysts and collaborating with cross-functional operational teams to understand and prioritize Collibra’s business needs.
  • Partnering with Sales and Business Operations teams to understand existing processes and challenges and recommending future improvements that align with business needs.  
  • Defining detailed business/functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and use cases. 
  • Driving the design, development, test and delivery of new technologies/products to ensure achievement of business objectives. 
  • Managing the intake of reported issues or enhancement requests, identifying technical root cause, and developing effective resolutions.

You Have:

  • Strong technical experience implementing and supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
  • Proficient in declarative development in Salesforce and CPQ such as process builders, flows, product rules, advanced approvals, etc. 
  • Experience managing, guiding and training a team of exceptional performers.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, relational databases, and system analysis/design is strongly preferred.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills. 
  • Minimum 7 years of proven Salesforce, CPQ and other Saas Applications.

  • Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative facilitator between teams. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Reporting to Collibra's Director of Enterprise Applications, the Manager Business Systems Analyst measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will understand Collibra’s application portfolio, team priorities/initiatives and meet with business stakeholders.
  • Within your third month, you will build and deploy Salesforce and CPQ automations to enable business productivity and efficiency.
  • Within your sixth month, you will be defining and recommending business process strategy with Salesforce, CPQ and other enterprise applications that are managed by IT.
