The Opportunity:

Shutterstock is seeking an experienced Client Success Manager on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (maternity leave) with responsibility for managing a team of Account Managers, Client Success across DACH region with the focus on customer satisfaction and driving product usage through various data driven activities and providing exceptional daily account management.

In this role, the successful candidate will primarily:

  • Manage, coach and develop the Account Managers, Client Success ('CSM') in order to foster individual success as well as increased market penetration and revenue
  • Proactively enhance and streamline workflows within the department to help facilitate the growth and expansion of accounts.
  • Manage 20% growth in all renewal sales
  • Facilitate weekly meetings for best practice sharing and rolling out new processes
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 sessions with each direct report
  • Understanding team needs across the region to prioritize needs
  • Work with other CSM globally to ensure successes and issues are shared and resolved
  • Approve, activate and refund certain products and processes
  • Run quarterly QBRs to drive account growth
  • Utilise data to drive specific behaviors or activities
  • Advocating on behalf of the CSMs across multiple departments

Requirements:

  • At least four years experience working in a similar role as an Account Manager or Sales Manager preferably from a background in agencies, media sales or SaaS.
  • Previous management experience required
  • Experience using CRM software (SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills with the ability to work across many systems, tasks and departments simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships via telephone and email
  • Computer and systems literacy (Excel, Jira, Slack, Microsoft Office, etc)
  • Native-level German speaker with fluent English
