The Role: 

The Manager, Customer Enablement will collaborate on the sales enablement process end-to-end including needs analysis, content development, training delivery, communication, optimization, and outcome assessment in order to support revenue goals. You will provide strategic leadership to the team and be the primary driver of infrastructure initiatives; significantly contribute to project management and administration of sales enablement roadmaps and prioritization; contribute to a best-in-class sales communication strategy across all sales channels; and take a customer-first approach in everything that we do. You’ll also serve as subject matter expert on current LMS/CMS capabilities, and will evaluate releases and functionality to identify opportunities to improve and optimize and user adoption. You will be a thought partner on the educational aspect and content preparation around key enablement initiatives: sales certification, sales kickoff, demos, and other enablement/training interventions. Reporting to the VP, Learning Enablement, you’ll use data to drive insights, analyze sales enablement needs to develop learning and other enablement programs, and evaluate and refine on an ongoing basis to drive business objectives and continual development for overall sales effectiveness.

Why We’ll Love You:

You have 4+ years of experience in some or all of the following: educational publishing, sales enablement, adult learning, professional development, and SaaS. You have knowledge of sales methodologies and Salesforce, and understand how these tools apply to various sales roles. You also have the ability to parse out a lot of information and distill it into digestible formats. You have experience with vendor management and enablement tools governance. You also have experience in enablement platforms, and understand adult learning analytics and how KPIs are measured for this audience. You have foundational knowledge of Salesforce and Looker (or other BI software), experience with LMSs (i.e. MindTickle) and CMSs (i.e. Highspot). You’re well organized and have demonstrated success supporting multiple projects in a highly collaborative remote environment and have meticulous attention to detail. You also have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and can adjust your messaging to a variety of audiences within the business. You have a love for the K-12 education market, and are always learning more about the breadth and depth of the sector by keeping a pulse on industry and regional trends. You are energetic, have an urgency to do great work, and open to new ways of doing business.
