Distribution Partnerships Manager
At SeatGeek, we're putting fans and rights-holders first by reinventing live event entertainment for the modern, mobile era. We believe in an iterative product focused approach that is completely differentiated from legacy ticketing providers and we already have some amazing partners.
You'll play a crucial role in the success of SeatGeek Enterprise clarifying SeatGeek's distribution partner strategy impacting new revenue streams and identifying ways to find product market fit and increase reach for new SeatGeek products and partner-centric solutions. You'll report to our Senior Director of US Account Management.
What you'll do
- Work cross-functionally to define a distribution partnerships strategy that reflects SeatGeek's strategic priorities, while driving value for our rightsholder clients
- Manage a set of Distribution Partners who help drive use of the SeatGeek platform and extend our reach across the marketplace
- Build joint business plans with our partners for key initiatives, including a set of KPIs, success metrics, joint accountability and governance
- Manage technical and business negotiations, and partner with our legal team to develop and negotiate custom partnership agreements
- Collaborate with all levels of management internally and externally to build and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships
What you have
- 5+ years of experience in business development or partnership management
- Experience in the Ticketing and/or SaaS Industry is a plus
- Ability to create new engagement models to shape execution and consistency
- Proven track record of bringing a number of impactful strategic deals to life from conception to execution
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand and contribute to conversations with colleagues in technical functions
- Ability to develop, review and negotiate complex contracts and familiarity with standard deal structures
