Your Impact on our Mission
Zocdoc’s most important asset is our people. As a Manager of the Enterprise Client Success team you will help lead the team that directly impacts the success and growth of our largest clients. You will work side by side with other members of leadership to manage performance and career development. You will own the planning and execution of projects that have a reaching impact both internally and externally. And you will be responsible for ensuring productivity, quality benchmarks and that all SLAs are consistently met.

Your day to day is…
- Attending 1:1s with team members focused on their day to day work as well as career pathing aspirations and progress.
- Meeting with partner team leadership to align on process and progress towards shared goals.
- Preparing and leading team meetings, ensuring that there is valuable content and recognition.
- Assistant with hiring efforts when needed through candidate screening and interviews.
- Own the training experience for new and existing team members alongside other ECS leaders.
- Own projects that are focused on improving internal processes or external client experiences.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- 1-2 years project management experience
- 1-2 year of people management experience
- Ability to develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge
- Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Tableau preferred
- Record of building and maintaining team upskilling programs
