Events are a core part of Knotel’s DNA, as they create brand awareness, accelerate pipeline, and drive revenue. As the Events Manager, you will create opportunities for Knotel to have direct engagement with prospects, members, and brokers through owned and sponsored events.
What You’ll Do
- Develop, promote, and execute Knotel events and sponsored events for our different target audiences, whether brand awareness or revenue generating
- Ensure event programs are tightly coordinated with content and digital marketing strategies; source speakers and attendees
- Manage all third-party event sponsorships
- Manage vendors and event calendar
- Manage event requests from members
- Consistently measure KPIs; provide ongoing analysis and optimizations
Who You Are
- 2+ years of consulting or ops experience a plus
- You are extremely organized and detail oriented
- You’re a whiz at execution and managing logistics
- You’re creative and entrepreneurial
- You’re able to handle multiple projects and requests at a time, from both internal and external stakeholders
- You have a desire to always make things better
