We are a global lifestyle brand built on transforming the travel experience. In support of our mission, we are seeking a Manager of Fulfillment to join our Global Logistics team. 

In this role, the ideal candidate will have deep experience in physical product warehousing and fulfillment. Your experience will include optimizing a distribution network to meet customers needs - including retail and e-commerce. You have a track record of assuring the right balance of time, cost, service, and - most importantly - quality. Want to help us transform the travel industry? Your experience will encompass domestic and international warehousing and fulfillment, and must include evaluating and setting up new and expanding distribution networks. You will report to the Senior Manager, Fulfillment based in our New York City office.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure the fulfillment of orders is at the highest possible service level, at the fastest possible speed. You do all of this on-brand, from start to finish

• Measure and continuously improve the performance of our warehousing and fulfillment network

• Continuously improve the speed, reliability, sustainability, and cost of our warehousing and fulfillment network

• Manage relationships with fulfillment partners to maintain and grow comprehensive services on behalf of our customers. 

• Create, monitor and maintain KPI reporting to monitor cost and service levels and identify areas of continuous improvement

• Partner with Customer Service team to understand customer insights and identify opportunities to reduce issue volume 

• Work with key internal and external partners to ensure we achieve the optimal balance of speed, cost, quality, service, and sustainability - all while ensuring an amazing experience for our customers. 

Who you are:

• Minimum 5 years professional experience in hands on operational role or working with a 3PL partner

• An exceptional written/oral communicator with demonstrated experience in partner management and cost management

• Excellent project management and organizational skills

• Critical thinking and analytical skills

• Thrives in a very fast-paced environment that requires continual multi-tasking and prioritization

• Experience with ERP like Microsoft Dynamics and TMS tools is a plus, but not required

• Proven leadership and people management skills and a passion for developing talent

• Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude

• Enjoys working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment

• Passionate about transforming travel (but that’s a given!)
