As a Program Manager you will work with a fast-growing small team to build Flatiron’s new provider-facing business operations offering. This position requires problem-solving, analytical and communication skills and experience leading complex operations spanning multiple teams and stakeholders.

You will help define the vision for our offering and how we scale it and align the Flatiron teams and customers around this approach. We are looking for a leader who can be instrumental in shaping what this business line looks like and the infrastructure necessary to support it.

This role reports to the Vice President of RCM. 

Responsibilities:

  • Wear a variety of hats to develop, operationalize and streamline Flatiron’s new offering to help our customers optimize their business operations.
  • Become the expert on this new offering, identify problems that need to be solved across the business line and solve them
  • Work closely with the Head of Revenue Cycle Management on strategic projects around sales, operational improvements that affect our customers and team growth/strategy
  • Lead cross-functional relationships with Legal, IT, Business Development, Finance and other teams throughout our provider organization
  • Collaborate with our customer-facing team to develop infrastructure that can enable the business line to scale

About you:

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with the ability to structure/distill complex issues
  • Demonstrated ability to learn extremely quickly
  • Detail-oriented with great organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple simultaneous complex, cross-functional projects and priorities with minimal guidance
  • Action and results oriented, with demonstrated ability to make things happen
  • Highly analytical, strategic thinker with the ability to translate between strategic business decisions and their implications
  • A high degree of comfort with ambiguity - you’re able to quickly develop hypotheses with limited information
  • Nose for value: you’re able to effectively prioritize and think strategically in a challenging, rapidly changing, and time sensitive environment
  • Passionate about our mission to improve healthcare through technology

Bonus Points:

  • Experience or background in healthcare operations, oncology, revenue cycle management or practice administration
  • Experience at a top-tier management consulting or healthcare consulting firm
  • Experience in operations analysis, operations management or operations science
