About the Role

Working directly with the company’s Chief Strategy Officer and Director, Strategic Development, the Manager, Search and Evaluation supports the company’s business development objectives by executing successful search and evaluation activities leading to significant value-adding in-licensing, external R&D and acquisition opportunities. The Manager will seek out high-quality opportunities in digital therapeutics, such as novel neurocognitive interventions, behavioral techniques or digital biomarkers, that align with the strategic priorities of the company. This will require both secondary research of published sources, as well as initiating and building long-term relationships with academic labs, technology transfer offices, and key opinion leaders in order to establish Click Therapeutics as the go-to partner for researchers and early-stage startups seeking to expand the reach of their technology. This position will work in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders to identify and evaluate these growth opportunities based upon scientific evidence, intellectual property and key technology and business factors to ensure a strategic fit. You will provide your analysis and insights and pitch investment proposals to executive leadership and then collaborate with business development colleagues to close the approved opportunities. This is a highly visible, creative, and agile role within a rapidly growing pre-IPO company in a nascent and fast-growing space. The role will be located in our trendy TriBeCa HQ, includes great benefits, and is an excellent wealth-building/equity opportunity for the right individual.

  • Evaluate and prioritize identified opportunities according to comprehensive cross-functional criteria by working in close partnership with key scientific, clinical, commercial and IP colleagues with a primary focus on assessing strategic fit and articulating a value proposition.
  • Build and maintain the database of identified and evaluated opportunities. Prepare regular reports and updates on key performance metrics to share with Strategy team leadership.
  • Pitch evaluated high-priority opportunities to executive leadership including clear proposals for next steps to secure, de-risk and operationalize each opportunity.
  • Collaborate with business development to seamlessly transition to and support licensing, contracting and acquisition activities.
  • Represent Click Therapeutics externally to the scientific and startup community to foster positive relationships that establish the company as the go-to business development and growth partner in digital therapeutics.

Equal Employment Opportunity

Click Therapeutics is committed to equal opportunity in the terms and conditions of employment for all employees and job applicants without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, age, gender identity or gender expression, national origin, disability or veteran status. Click Therapeutics also complies with all applicable national, state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment as well as employment eligibility verification requirements of the Immigration and Nationality Act. All applicants must have authorization to work for Click Therapeutics in the U.S. In certain circumstances it may be advantageous to Click Therapeutics to support the application(s) for temporary visa classification and/or sponsor applications for permanent residence so that a foreign national colleague can accept or remain in a work assignment in the U. Click Therapeutics may at its business discretion decide to or refrain from obtaining, maintaining and/or extending the temporary visa status and/or sponsoring a colleague for permanent residency and /or employment eligibility, considering factors such as availability of qualified U.S. workers and the colleague's long-term prospects for securing lawful permanent residence, among other reasons.
