Role:
As the Netsuite Administrator, this person will translate key business objectives into system solutions through a deep understanding of Netsuite processes. There is a day to day component to ensure all employees have the access and tools needed to efficiently complete their jobs. More importantly, this hire will work hand in hand with the operations, sales and finance teams to identify and implement creative solutions to allow Latch to compete in an ever changing business landscape. This person will eventually need a full understanding of business processes from Lead to Quote, Order to Cash, and Procure to Pay and be comfortable making suggestions and updates to increase optimization. This person will play a key role in the growth and efficiency of the operational team and company as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an initiative to bring all financial accounting into Netsuite
- Creating KPI trackers and reports to establish and improve company health
- Identifying and fix inefficiencies in business processes and system use
- Coordinate directly with users to optimize time spent in system and usage be creating custom reports, automations and shortcuts
- Coordinate with outside consultants and Netsuite to implement key customizations to the system
- Daily upkeep of the Netsuite system
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience in Netsuite Administration
- Having been a part of at least one Netsuite Implementation
- SuiteBuilder and SuiteFlow expertise
- SuiteScript understanding or proficiency a bonus
- Ability to not only identify key business objectives but to formulate and implement solutions to achieve those objectives
- Excellent technical aptitude, highly collaborative
- Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven Leadership Experience -- a leader, a builder, a visionary
