The NetSuite Administrator will support the Operations team in the usage and maintenance of our ERP platform and associated systems.
Responsibilities:

  • All Netsuite configuration tasks and ongoing service administration of the Netsuite application.
  • Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects, and new functionality based on evolving business needs, and solving problems at integration points.
  • Assist data migration requirements coming from different systems into Netsuite.
  • Build/Maintain new dashboards, saved searches, handle users, roles and permissions, forms & PDFs, key performance indicators and metrics, custom reports and fields, and build custom workflows.
  • Work with end-users on usability/ Help Desk issues
  • Support the operations teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Be the Operations team's technical point of contact and provide hands-on support and training.
  • Balance multiple projects and contending priorities
  • Maintain user roles/access and assign appropriate permissions/levels of access
  • Transpose reports to vital outlets (Google, Salesforce, Tableau, etc)
  • Import .CSV files related to mass order updates as well as new product setup and updates
  • Exercise strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking to provide application support across departments.
  • Has exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Provide user training across departments


Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject area or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on work experience with NetSuite administration
  • Fully proficient in custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, searches and reports, and NetSuite data model
  • Experience in Agile Methodologies
  • Experience with two or more of the following: JavaScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, RESTlet, UserEvents, and integration technologies
  • Demonstrated experience with CRM or ERP systems management
  • Basic knowledge of the NetSuite Order to Cash and Procure to Pay processes.
  • Demonstrated experience with Netsuite Orders, the Item fulfillment process and EDI transactions for SO, and PO management.


Preferred Requirements:

  • NetSuite Administrator Certification
  • Strong NetSuite ERP Operations solution implementation and/or administration experience
  • Experience with associated operations applications (Shopify, Salesforce, CPQ, BlueRidge,)
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience overseeing NetSuite integration, implementation and testing
  • Can create configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the business needs
  • Can provide on-going systems and technical support for the NetSuite system
  • Is familiar with the NetSuite dashboard and can provide users with relevant reports and important metrics
  • Solid understanding of Opportunity to fulfillment life cycle mgmt.
  • Can demonstrate solid leadership skills
