Spruce is looking for an experienced NetSuite Administrator to join its growing Business Systems team. We hope you're interested in real estate and will thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is vital to Spruce’s significant growth plans, and we are looking for someone who is dedicated, loves technology, and excited to help Spruce maintain a robust and clean NetSuite implementation.

What you'll do

• Gather, understand and meet ERP technical requirements, system configuration and user requirements
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, Operations and Sales to maintain and continually enhance business systems and reporting
• Prepare and manage NetSuite to ensure integrity of the system in preparation for integrations with other systems to support the company
• Own the overall Architecture of NetSuite and integrations with internally developed applications and business warehouse systems
• Support Suitescript 1.0 and 2.0, create simple scripts and understand how to deploy and troubleshoot minor issues
• Work with other teams at Spruce who will use and be enabled by NetSuite to improve our approach to accounts payable, procurement, etc
• Provide ongoing support and system administration to quickly resolve issues within NetSuite and integrated applications
• Help business owners use NetSuite data in their work and decision making; help imagine integration processes as business needs change
• Integrate and configure NetSuite connected apps (i.e. Bill.com, Salesforce)
• Keep up to date with NetSuite and integrated tool releases, features and standard operating procedures, and make recommendations to management regarding implementation as appropriate

What we're looking for

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related science/technical field preferred
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience managing Netsuite systems
• Proficient with Javascript and other development tools and methodologies
• Experience with Netsuite modules including core financials, fixed assets and Suite
• Foundation Certified and/or Administrator Certification (preferred)
• Experience operating across multiple implementation cycles, ideally at a mature tech startup
• Experience in the implementation and maintenance of integrated business systems and processes
• Experience creating useful documentation that drives lasting value
• NetSuite Certified Administrator certification or equivalent experience 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated, hands-on and results-oriented
