How You Will Make an Impact:

Chief of Staff:

  • Directly partnering with the CFO and Finance leadership team to establish a multi-year strategy and regularly communicate progress with DailyPay leadership.
  • Partnering with the CFO to identify, set, manage, and execute on the Strategic Roadmap to support future growth and efficiency.
  • Driving development and continuous iteration of processes, systems and infrastructure with clear roles/responsibilities/ownership and regular evaluation across all Finance and Legal functions
  • Ensuring all Finance and Legal team goals are high-quality, aligned to overall strategic initiatives and progress is reported regularly through the Strategic Business Organization (SBO)
  • Crafting and leading cross-functional forums to drive cross-departmental initiatives, and programs (including partnering with SBO, Product, Marketing, and other business areas)
  • Attend meetings on behalf of the CFO and act as a representative when required.
  • Manage internal change-management.

Portfolio Management Office (PMO)

  • Drive Finance-led, firm-wide initiatives, as well as strategic projects within F&A.
  • Support project managers within F&A by sharing project/program management best practices and tools across F&A.
  • Partner with Strategic Business Organization (SBO) to:
    • Establish Program Management roles and responsibilities, competencies, and expectations across DailyPay.
    • Establish organizational communication through dashboards and recurring portfolio reviews with business leadership and initiative sponsors.
  • Develop and implement common tools, processes, and standard methodologies across program management activities.
  • Drive execution and performance measurement of the stage gate review process to ensure targets for program features, product cost, schedule, and budget are attained.
  • Drive improvement of the business’s delivery of programs measurable through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as on time delivery.

What You Bring to The Team:

  • Broad business experience driving execution and adoption of key strategic programs across large teams.
  • Ability to work in a flexible manner in line with the organization’s corporate objectives and role and to be willing to undertake other duties as reasonably requested.
  • Proactive in escalating and resolving potential issues by calling them to the attention of the CFO and identifying potential solutions.
  • Thoughtful and strategic with an ability to craft plans multiple steps ahead.
  • Well versed into executive presentations with an ability to design strategic frameworks on various templates.
  • A detailed project manager capable of driving cross-functional projects to completion.
  • Capable of managing executive stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders including C-level.
  • Analytical, with a passion for using data to build strategies and measure their effectiveness.
  • Comfortable ideating, creating and improving programs in a rapidly changing and occasionally ambiguous environment.
  • Committed to an “ownership mindset” with a high degree of accountability.
  • Occasional need to work outside of normal business hours as required to support customers may be required.
