The Role:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Office Administrator to join our growing team! As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the front desk and be the gatekeeper for the company by being the first point of contact for all visitors. The best candidate is passionate about providing excellent client service, a superb communicator, organized, and has the ability to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

Responsibilities: 
  • Greet employees, candidates, board members, and all other guests in a prompt, professional and efficient manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming reception calls; coordinating with appropriate personnel for visitors and deliveries. 
  • Maintain appearance of reception and lobby
  • Enter all visitors into building security system, ensuring a seamless experience for visiting candidates.
  • Receive all incoming and outgoing mail and distribute all mail and parcels to appropriate personnel.
  • Perform daily upkeep and light housekeeping duties in all shared office spaces. 
  • Assist Office Manager where required in providing facilities support.
Requirements:
  • 4 year college degree
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive work ethic
  • Self-motivated and highly organized
  • Personable and approachable team player

Required Availability: 

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
