Acting as the friendly and welcoming voice of the company, you will be responsible for greeting guests and providing a positive experience for those who walk through the door. You will also be responsible for other various administrative tasks as listed below. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a high growth company and to make a significant impact on our office environment and employees.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet visitors and cover front desk duties during normal business hours
  • Manage guests coming in and out of office and provide a positive experience for everyone that enters the office
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail and manage deliveries
  • Work with the People and Culture team to assist with administrative duties such as setting up interviews and other tasks
  • Assist candidates who are interviewing with getting them to and from their interviews as needed
  • Assist our executive assistants with planning internal events
  • Assist with occasional administrative support for members of the leadership team. This will include booking travel, scheduling meetings and handling expenses
  • Be the back-up for our executive assistants as needed
  • Assist with special projects as needed

 What You’ve Done

  • 2+ years of admin experience working a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at different levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Strong character and ability to demonstrate the company’s core mission and values
  • Ability to take initiative and follow through with tasks
