About us
Share Local Media, or SLM, is a rapidly growing startup reimagining the world of offline marketing for tech and e-commerce companies. We started as e-commerce marketers ourselves, and launched SLM with a goal of turning direct mail into a high performing, scalable channel for a digitally native client set. To do so, we’ve taken an inputs based-approach to the space, and re-engineered the channel from the ground up to make it easier to test, faster to execute, more measurable, and ultimately, more effective for e-commerce and tech clients of all types.
We’re a full-service direct mail agency, media program operator, and technology platform, serving some of your favorite e-commerce and tech brands (think Casper, Lyft, Grubhub, etc.). We live and breathe direct response marketing, and strive to delight clients with high performing campaigns built around fast, data-driven client service, and premium, unique branding.

Basic responsibilities
- Organizing and scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments, managing calendars, and keeping the sales call pipeline operating smoothly
- Coordinating collection and shipment of samples from all product lines and teams
- Greeting candidates who come on-site to meet the team and managing all logistics of on-site interviews
- Planning and executing office events (holiday parties, team welcome lunches, happy hours, etc.)
- Maintaining a steady supply of snack and La Croix orders for a hungry office
- Day to day communication with the CEO, marketing directors, and the rest of the team to take care of any odds and ends!
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of work experience, preferably in marketing, sales, customer service, or operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Hungry and eager to learn and grow within the company
- Urgency and great time management skills, with the ability to hit hard deadlines
- Self-starter and problem-solver with a get-it-done attitude
- Passion for marketing and the desire to be a part of a fast-paced startup
- The ability to work independently and manage relationships
