The safety and health of our employees is our top priority. As such, our return to office plan will follow a phased approach, working towards a hybrid model. Starting September 13 until the end of the year, our hybrid model will consist of two encouraged in-office days (Wednesday & Thursday); there will not be any mandatory return to office in 2021. Your day to day is…
- Working alongside our office receptionist by welcoming guests, clients, and candidates connecting them to the people or resources they’re seeking
- Giving friendly, top-notch office assistance to all Zocdocr’s
- Owning the relationship with our various office vendors (i.e. lunch, coffee, fruit vendors, etc.)
- Ensuring team members are enjoying lunch, snacks, and drinks provided by the office
- Working closely with our Facility Manager by ensuring everything is in working order, the heating and cooling are at the correct temperature, and team members are comfortable in the space
- Owning our supply inventory, ordering, and receiving operations as well as receiving and sorting mail/packages of up to 40 pounds
- Supporting other office services, such as assisting with in-office meetings and events and basic facilities-related requests
You’ll be successful in this role if you have…
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer and technology skills; you will need to operate on different technology platforms throughout the day (Google Suite, Slack, internal ticketing and messaging system (Jira), online ordering system)
- Strong organizational skills. The office has complex needs, so multitasking and problem-solving abilities are essential
- Demonstrated admin, coordinator, or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication
