In order to most effectively prevent injuries in a given operational environment, we work closely with each client across many dedicated and leading-edge teams, including client services, data and engineering, IT security and others. Each safety program is tailored to the needs of the workers on the ground and the managers who oversee them. The result is an actionable and scalable safety solution that seamlessly becomes part of a facility’s daily routine and is proven to prevent workplace injuries by as much as 64%.

 

Position Overview:

As an Office Manager on the Operations Team you will play a vital role in providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and the StrongArm team.

In this role, you will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. You will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive material including access to high-level leaders’ emails and communication.

The ideal candidate is organized and detail oriented with excellent communication skills, enjoys and excels at event planning and creative thinking, and is excited about supporting a team and office operate more efficiently.


Essential Functions:

  • Administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office
  • Organize and plan office events and team building
  • Carries out administrative duties such as helping schedule meetings and supporting visitors
  • Makes travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotels
  • Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
  • Supports team by performing tasks related to organization
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed


Key Requirements / Qualifications:

  • 0 – 3 years of office management or interest in it
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized
  • Experience / interest in event and party planning
  • Professional especially in verbal and written communication
