As the Office Manager, you will work in collaboration with our People and Operations team and play a vital role in managing the overall operations of our New York and Denver Office spaces, ensuring they run smoothly while creating excellent experiences for our employees, visitors & vendors. You will play a vital role in fostering a sense of community while positively impacting our company culture

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employees when it comes to in-office requests and operations
  • Manage and oversee all office requests, ordering and restocking supplies, ensuring efficient and timely turnaround
  • Assist in the execution of all in-office events
  • The point of contact for all external vendors including building management, cleaning services, IT, etc.
  • Help teams book conference rooms and large meetings while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Reporting to the office 5 days a week, you will create a warm and welcoming environment ensuring the best experience for all employees, guests, and vendors. 

What we’d love to see: 

  • 2-4+ years of office operations and administration experience
  • Extreme attention to detail + organizational skillset 
  • Ability to multi-task and project manage in an fast-paced ever-changing environment
  • Sound judgement and ability to proactively find solutions to issues before they arise 
  • Top notch communication (both verbal and written) skills for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience planning and managing in-office and company-wide events
  • Proficiency in technology tools including, but not limited to, Mac, Google Suite, A/V equipment, etc. 
  • Bonus points for experience with coordinating office moves and set up
