The Role:

This is a “do it all” kind of position. The Office Manager will take responsibility for the smooth running of our New York office where a positive attitude, professionalism, initiative and organizational skills will be essential. This position is part administrative, part analysis, part office operations, and part people experience. There is plenty of room to be creative and to have a tremendous impact on our culture and day-to-day work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative
    • Work closely with Yotpo’s CEO and COO.
    • Provide administrative support to all Yotpo offices, including coordination of international and domestic travel arrangements and expense processing.
    • Lead all administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, coordinating with vendors, and be the point person for all office supplies.
  • Office Operations
    • Manage kitchen inventory and on-site contractors.
    • Liaise with building management and vendors in NYC.
    • Provide NYC office tech support, including computers, telephones, projectors, and more.
    • Plan and lead office moves, spearheading tech set-up and seating charts.
    • Work seamlessly with our wonderful Office Support team.
  • Analysis and Reporting
    • Analyze and report on internal company metrics related to onboarding, offboarding, employee surveys, and other key data.
    • Manage HRIS data and generate trend reporting on an ongoing basis including turnover and staffing analysis.
    • Share/present findings to key stakeholders on the team.
  • People Experience
    • Manage and organize company-wide events, social outings, lunches, and more.
    • Implement team-building activities and social events that promote internal initiatives and enhance the company culture.
    • Execute on general communications to the New York office and coordinate specific events with our international offices.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Self-starter, comfortable taking initiative and seeing projects from start to finish
  • Collaborative, positive and team-spirited
  • A ‘people’ person with a can-do, positive and humble attitude
  • Sound knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and associated programs
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
