Role Responsibilities
 

  • Manage organization and logistics related to Simplifeye’s office
  • Maintain and stock inventory of office supplies including food & beverage
  • Assist in the planning and setup of company events
  • Help build a strong work environment
  • Provide support for visitors and guests
  • Assist with basic IT work such as setting up computers
  • Coordinate with outside vendors such as cleaning services and furniture assembly
  • Support the executive team through scheduling and coordination


Candidate Qualities
 

  • 3+ experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently


Bonus
 

  • Prior healthcare industry experience
  • Prior startup experience
