As part of our People Operations team, you will have an important role in the daily operations of T-REX. You will work closely across all teams to build out and continuously enhance the services that People Operations provides to our employees.
Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day office operations ensuring a functioning and well-stocked working environment.
Manage relationships and requests with building management, mail, cleaning staff, IT, and all office vendors.
Manage on-boarding for new employees including ordering of office equipment, sending onboarding communication, and scheduling welcome activities.
Welcome visitors to the office, offer beverages and making sure the person they are meeting is informed.
Foster a fun, team-focused culture by planning team outings, and organizing office events and celebrations.
Coordinate external client-oriented and conference activities.
Serve as the point person for office maintenance, catering, mail, shopping, supplies equipment, bills, and IT.
Oversee office expenses and vendor invoices to ensure timely payment.
Manage ad hoc projects as needed to support the leadership team.
Support the finance team as needed
Skills & Qualifications
Required:
0-3 years of experience
High levels of emotional intelligence
Attention to detail and the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities
Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment with minimal supervision
Ability to solve problems finding creative solutions
Preferred:
College Degree
Experience in an office environment
Experience as an office manager or people operations coordinator
