Office Operations Coordinator

Reporting to the Americas Workplace Operations Manager (who is based in our San Francisco office), you will be part of a global team have the opportunity to work on projects all over the world!
As the IT/Office Operations Coordinator you will...
- Triage IT/helpdesk requests that come up in service management system and in person.
- Troubleshoot AV/video conferencing equipment + software as well as basic network and hardware issues
- Act as a main point of contact to property manager and other NYC office vendors
- Work cross-functionally with regional and global teammates to cohesively execute a positive employee experience that is consistent across all offices
- Handle daily management of the office: including overseeing snacks/food/beverages for the office, ensuring there is sufficient stock of office supplies and equipment, mail/package deliveries.
- Oversee facilities management software, coordinating both employee hot desk reservations and on-site visitors
- Support new Smartlies onboarding by facilitating an Operations session covering equipment set up and software/systems practicalities
- Assist in facilitating an overall positive employee experience through ongoing operational support
- Work on ad hoc projects as necessary (sometimes outside of “official” work hours)
- Run weekly all-hands meetings
We are looking for you if you have…
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a start-up office environment
- Working knowledge of G Suite, Meet/Zoom is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, comfortable to work independently and with a global team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
