An Insider's view of Equativ

How do you collaborate with other teams in the company?

Working on the AdOps team requires my team and I to collaborate with several teams. Aside from our collaboration with sales, we are consistently brainstorming ideas to bring to the product team to improve overall efficiency and enhance our existing platforms. We also work with tecteam on any existing issues that may negatively affect our campaigns.

Allison Obiso

AdOps Team Lead

What are some things you learned at the company?

I have learnt among many things to include our customer’s needs in the heart of everything we do, the true Customer Centric approach.
It would have not been easy without the time I spent learning how programmatic actually works, in the backend: what signals to use or how to leverage data, so to give me confidence and expertise in front of clients.
