The Role:

Say is expanding its operations team and looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial individual to report to the Head of Operations and Product. The successful candidate will take point running the day-to-day of Say’s core shareholder communications operational processes. Responsibilities will include:


- Day-to-day operation of Say’s shareholder communication products, including proxy voting, prospectus delivery, corporate actions, and more

- Interfacing with outside parties in an accurate, timely, and professional manner

- Utilizing and improving monitoring tools and reports to track performance and quality metrics to inform process improvements

- Assisting in client onboarding and delivery of Say’s services to broker-dealers and issuers

- Ensuring ongoing compliance with rules and regulations applicable to Say’s operations

- Analyzing complex legal documents and translating them into meaningful insights in an organized manner

- Working collaboratively with other team members including from product, technology, sales and finance to improve operating processes and product development as Say continues to automate and increase efficiency across the shareholder communications ecosystem

About You:

You have familiarity with operations, customer support, or client service and strong interpersonal and communications skills. You are a doer who prides yourself on attention to detail, consistency and reliability, and constant improvement. You have the ability to make important decisions independently while at the same time knowing when to collaborate with managers and colleagues in a team-oriented environment. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and are knowledgeable and hungry to learn more about financial technology, capital markets, and broker-dealer operations. 


What You'll Need to Succeed:

- 3+ years of experience in operations or a similar function within financial services or technology

- Demonstrated comfort in a fast-paced, constantly changing startup environment

- Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to interface with clients and third parties in a professional, consistent manner

- Significant experience with productivity tools like G-Suite, MS Office

- Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools like Domo, Tableau, Looker, etc. preferred
