The operations associate will provide best-in-class support to our customers. We are looking for a self-starter who is looking to join a rapidly growing early-stage startup. Be prepared to wear many hats and get your hands dirty. A typical day would consist of responding to customer support emails, educating customers on our product and designing the call center dashboard.

What you will do:

Customer Service - provide exceptional customer service by fielding inbound member calls and emails

Operational Excellence - work on projects to continuously improve our processes, product and customer experience

Customer Advocacy - identify member pain points and act as voice of customer to the rest of the business

 What we are looking for:

- 1-3 years of experience, ideally in a customer facing role

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills

- Passion for customer service and technology

- Smart and ambitious

- Works well under pressure

- Can do attitude – no task is too small

- Tech savvy

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Detail-oriented and highly organized

Nice to have:

- Knowledge of the e-commerce and payments landscape

- CRM (Zendesk) experience

- Call center experience
