We are looking for an enthusiastic jack-of-all-trades Operations Associate to make a big impact on the Operations team at Flex. The Operations Associate will be responsible for a myriad of tasks on a daily business and contribute to the core of our business’s operations by facilitating rental payments for Flex’s customers. As we are a growing company and constantly striving to make improvements, you will assist with new process rollouts, operational challenges, and help create documentation on what we are doing so we can scale and improve. What you'll do:

• Provide support across the Operations and Customer Success teams to assist and fulfill a growing need of operational requirements
• Taking ownership of and juggling any number of projects or operations at once
• Streamline processes and create and/or improve on existing process documentation
• Improve processes to minimize complexities and optimize operations
• Conduct research and ad-hoc analysis to support operational goals and initiatives

• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets 
• Experience SQL or BI Tools preferred, but not required
• 4-year degree preferred, but not required
