About the role

TodayTix is growing and we’re looking for an Operations Associate to join our team. Reporting to the Associate Director of Operations, you will work cross-functionally with our Fulfillment, Guest Services, and Accounts teams to procure and inventory tickets for Broadway customers. The ideal applicant demonstrates a customer-first mindset and “no job too small” attitude.

What you’ll do

  • Maintain current inventories through our proprietary inventory management system
  • Develop organizational methods to sustain and increase ticket volume
  • Facilitate the execution of the TodayTix Lottery/Rush ticket programs
  • Correspond with internal and external partners regarding sales reporting and inventory allocation
  • Manage part-time ticketing runners 1-2 days per week
  • Oversee and reconcile daily cash and credit card expenditures
  • Represent the TodayTix brand in a professional, courteous manner
  • Meet predetermined KPI targets to ensure accuracy and efficiency

What we’re looking for

  • Ability to work a non-traditional schedule inclusive of select holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • 1-2 years of work experience
  • Previous box office, ticketing, or theatre administration background a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Suite
  • Previous management and customer service experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth, fast-paced environment
